AlarmNet Monitoring was established in June of 1996 as a division of R & B Security Services Pty Ltd, which is a South Australian, owned and operated company, with four Directors, Rodney & Beth Gibb and Gary & Melissa Palmer.
Rodney is the CEO of the Company and has over 30 years experience in most areas of the Security Industry and together with a team of dedicated staff provide a Professional Monitoring Service to over 100 Installation companies in South Australia and Interstate
Gary Palmer is the General Manager – Security and has over 31 years experience in the Security Industry. Gary has a diploma in Security Access.
The company is a Corporate Member of the National Security Association of Australia (S.A. Ltd) and the Australian Security
Industry Limited (ASIAL).
Grading/Certification
AlarmNet Monitoring is now certified as a Grade A1 Monitoring Centre in accordance with the Australia Standard AS 2201.2 -2004. This was achieved on 7th July 2003 and the new grading certificate was issued on the 7th July 2006.
Quality Assurance
AlarmNet Monitoring is certified as a Quality Endorsed Company
effective from 6th November 2003 and has passed the fifth
annual audit conducted by Quality Assurance Services Pty Ltd,
a Standards Australia owned company.
We now comply with the
requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 Quality management systems.
SA Police Approved
The monitoring centre is also approved by the South Australian
Police Communications Centre and therefore is authorised to
request Police response to alarms from client’s premises.
